You can put your text in the box. You can write there directly or paste the text that you copied from elsewhere.
If you have regular text, meaning, text from Word or any other word processor, and you want to convert it to html code, click to the button 'text-html.'
If you write code html and you want it converted to regular text, click the button html-text.
Keep in mind that if you want to separate the paragraphs, you must leave two spaces in the line break. For instance:
This is a paragraph
This is another paragraph
If you want no separation (like in a list or bullet points) just give a regular line break:
- First line
- Second line, without any separation
